Obama & young voter turnout
I'm sure you are all aware of the high voter turnout rates among young adults in the 2008 Presidential election. Obama's Hope campaign stirred something inside young people that caused many of them to actually care, when many people in our age group don't tend to have an interest or active role in politics.
The video below provides insight into the high unemployment rates of young people, the facts about student loans, and the questions concerning Obama's approval among young people.
Do you think this election will be significantly different from the 2008 one in terms of young voter turnout, and why? Is it because of disappointment over student loans?
